Advice Dealing with Your InsuranceSo, you might agree the other guy's insurance company is out to get you, but not yours, right? Wrong! Your insurance company knows you may come back at them for personal injury coverage or under-insured and uninsured motorist coverage. Just because you pay them to insure you doesn't mean they have any less incentive to pay you as little as possible. Your insurance company is in the business of collecting premiums, not paying claims. Unfortunately, you must deal with your insurance company under the terms of your contract with them. Failure to cooperate could invalidate your policy. If you have to deal with your own insurance company, you should consider hiring an attorney to handle those dealings for you, to limit any risk of potential harm. Submit your case to me for review, or call 817-803-3898.
